This recipe is nuts & seeds galore, providing a boost of antioxidants which are known for their anti-ageing benefits.

HEALTHY TRAIL MIX BARS

 

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Combine almond meal, rolled oats and trail mix in a bowl.
  2. Add sweetener, almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla essence, then mix.
  3. Put mixture in rectangle baking tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  4. Slice into bars and enjoy!
