At Amazin' Graze, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the snacks you've received, we're here to make it right. Our 14-day refund policy ensures that you have ample time to request a refund after receiving your item.
To initiate a refund, simply submit your request within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and reason for refund. If your items arrive damaged, please provide a picture for verification. You'll receive a confirmation email within 3 working days, containing return instructions and shipping labels.
Upon receiving the faulty item, we'll promptly arrange a refund within 7 working days. Please note that we currently do not offer returns for orders shipped to East Malaysia due to logistical constraints.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they've been processed.
Refunds are only applicable to defective products.

If you're concerned about the quality of your snacks, please send us a picture of the manufacturing date, and we'll address it accordingly.
