My go-to 5-minute smoothie bowl with just 3 ingredients! Satisfying, nutrient-rich, and naturally sweet! A healthy, plant-based breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 3/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop Oh-So-Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
- 1/4 cups of Salted Gula Melaka Granola
- 1/2 cup fruit of choice (sliced banana, kiwi)
- 2 tbsp Smooth Almond Butter
+ any other toppings of choice
Method:
1. Blend frozen banana and blueberries with Oh-So-Vanilla Plant-Based Protein until super smooth and creamy.
2. Pour the smoothie into your favorite bowl or smoothie jar.
3. Top with Salted Gula Melaka Granola and fruit of choice.
4. Finally, drizzle with Smooth Almond Butter.
5. Enjoy!
