It only takes 5 minutes to prepare the night before; mix the ingredients together, pop it in the fridge and let time work its magic. In the morning, simply give it a good stir, top it with your favourite toppings and you've got yourself a wholesome, fibre-filled breakfast!
This creamy, luscious coffee chia seed pudding recipe is by Grazer Dharitree (@spiceathon), and features chia seeds as the superstar. This trendy superfood is loaded with antioxidants, is high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids which are beneficial to supporting your overall health. It's a great base to be incorporated into smoothies, oats or even cookies too for a lil' extra healthy fats and protein!
Dharitree's topped her chia pudding with two of our chocolate-ty best sellers: Dark Chocolate Brownie Chips (our most indulgent snack ever, made guilt-free!) and our Hazelnut Blackforest Granola. Feel free to mix and match toppings with our range of Amazin' Minis, or even drizzle on some of our Chocolate Coconut Hazelnut Butter!
Coffee Chia Seed Pudding:
3tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Coconut milk
1tsp Cinnamon Powder
1tbsp Coconut Sugar
Add chia seeds, flaxseeds, coconut milk and espresso to a cup and stir.
Add in the coconut sugar, cinnamon powder and stir again.
Cover, and leave in the fridge to set overnight.
When you're ready to consume it, give it a good stir and top with your favourite toppings!
