Healthy Protein Pancakes Recipe (ft. Plant-Based Protein)

  1. Add rolled oats to a blender or food processor and blitz until it resembles a fine flour.

  2. Add the protein powder, milk, egg, cinnamon and baking powder to the blender too and blitz everything until you have a texture like pancake batter.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. For each pancake, spoon 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto the pan.

  4. Cook for about 50 seconds or until surface of pancakes have some bubbles and a few have burst. Loosen with a thin spatula, carefully flip and cook the other side until browned.

  5. Serve with toppings of choice. We recommend drizzling peanut butter, syrup of choice (honey or maple syrup), fresh fruit, crunchy granola and nuts. Enjoy!
