This vanilla frozen yoghurt bark is the perfect light snack. It's quick to make, healthy, and high in protein. You'll want to keep a batch in the freezer at all times.

High Protein Vanilla Yoghurt Bark



*optional 1 tbsp honey or any sweetener of choice


  1. Mix well and lay on 9x9 inch pan.

  2. Top the mixture off with some Banana Pecan Muesli and Smooth Almond Butter (or any toppings of your choice).

  3. Freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
