This vanilla frozen yoghurt bark is the perfect light snack. It's quick to make, healthy, and high in protein. You'll want to keep a batch in the freezer at all times.
Ingredients:
- 4 scoops (60g) Oh-So-Vanilla Protein Blend
- 2 cups Yoghurt (dairy or non-dairy)
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup Banana Pecan Muesli
- 2 tbsp Smooth Almond Butter
*optional 1 tbsp honey or any sweetener of choice
Method:

Mix well and lay on 9x9 inch pan.

Top the mixture off with some Banana Pecan Muesli and Smooth Almond Butter (or any toppings of your choice).

Freeze for 2 hours.

Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
